Hello Steele Parents, my name is Michael Shea, and I am one of the Steele vice presidents.  My daughter Kathleen is a second grader in Ms. Jana's class. Thus far I have been working with the other board members to finalize the budget and organize the activities and fundraisers that are supported by the PTA.  We are looking for volunteers to work on the numerous programs and events.  A list of volunteer opportunities will be circulated shortly.  There is something to suit everyone's interests or skills.

At the moment we are focused on looking for new restaurants to host the popular Steele Dines Out program.  So if any of you have suggestions or connections, please contact me.  Likewise, we are looking for advertisers for the Steele directory.  For $100 a business gets a half-page advertisement that can include coupons or discount offers.  It is a great opportunity for area businesses to support the school and to promote themselves to the Steele community at a reasonable price.
