Sponsorship and fundraising benefits our students in many ways. 

Thanks to your contributions, the Steele PTA is able to:

• Fund 2nd Educators in the classroom - Academic Development Fund (ADF) - to reduce student/teacher ratios
• Provide stipends for teachers and specials for classroom supplies to ensure a rich educational experience
• Increase contributions to the Steele School Scholarship Fund
• Support Art and Science Family Nights

Major PTA Projects for 2011/12 School Year:

• PTA website transformation to a portal for engaging the Steele parent community
• Exterior building sign to more prominently display the school and communicate with our community
• Creation of new sponsorship packages to engage with, and drive value for, local businesses
• Expansion of our volunteer database and process to "create a culture of volunteerism" at Steele
