The PTA welcomes you to join in on the seventh annual Bike-a-Thon for the Arts! All Steele students and their families are encouraged to participate in this fun and healthy family activity. Come enjoy a beautiful fall morning, get your bike checked out by a professional mechanic, then go for a ride around the park with their class. As usual, many of the Specials teachers (Ms. Ungar, Mr. Miller, Mr. Sodano, Ms. Kopperud, and Coach Welch) and our Principal, Mr. Boyer, will be in attendance and riding around as this event raises monies for their programs.
An adult must accompany any ECE or kindergarten student wanting to participate. These kiddos will lap Smith Lake, next to the boathouse. All other students will ride around the park with their class, possibly their teacher and appointed chaperones.
After the Bike-a-Thon, head over to Steele Elementary for the Fall Carnival! Come hungry and ready to play games, games and more games!
If your student is interested in participating, please sign the consent form attached and return it to your child’s teacher or Coach Welch.
