Simply Coffee  - Thurs. Jan 7th, Wask Perk 9:00am

Join us March 4^th for Simply Coffee at 9:00 at Wash Perk.  This is a light hearted meeting designed to get our school community together.  It's a relaxing way to spend some time with all the wonderful people we pass by while scurrying to and from school.  Wash Perk is a great locally owned business that supports Steele School and the surrounding community.  It is located at 853 E. Ohio Ave on the corner of S. Emerson and Ohio.  Remember, someone always wins a $10 coffee card each month just for coming!  Last month’s winner was Sharon Azevedo.  Bring a friend and see you Thursday, March 4th, for Simply Coffee!

Saturday, March 20 at the Arvada Center

A pop culture phenomenon and Emmy Award-winning 1970s Saturday morning cartoon series that taught history, grammar, math, science and politics through clever, tuneful songs comes to the musical stage! This nostalgic production instructs a whole new generation that learning can be fun when a first-time school teacher realizes he can win his students over with imagination and music. Tickets are $10.00 each. Please reserve your space with cash or check (made out to the Arvada Center) to Kathy Yates by Thursday, March 4, 2010.  You can leave an envelope with your money and number of tickets requested in the office with Paula.  If you want to pay by charge card please call the Arvada Center, Lynn Stapp, 720-898-7245 and let her know you are with Steele Elementary.
