Auction 101
What will I be able to bid on?
Silent Auction Items: Items will have a set price and a limited number of tickets. The highest bidder when the auction closes wins the item.
Live Auction Items: There will be a handful of live auction items that our esteemed auctioneer will guide us through the evening of the event! When the live auction starts, the app will be closed to bidding and will reopen after the live auction is over
Class Baskets: These are great items donated from each class and some from families. These are biddable items so check on the ones you want regularly until it closes! Have a basket idea you'd like to donate? Fill out the Individual Procurement Form below.
Teacher Experiences: There are events set up by the teachers and are usually the first to go! Your kids will love getting the one on one time with your teacher outside of school! When you see duplicate items, that just means the teacher is taking more than 1 student and we are allowing bidding on each spot.
Steele Experiences: These are events set up by Steele families (like a Buy-a-Share). This is the best way to meet fellow Steele parents and families! There will be some for parents only, some for kids, and some for families.
Vacations/Staycations: You'll be able to bid on local hotel nights or vacation homes around the world.
Can’t make the event? Just donate in the app or write a check to the Steele Elementary Auction.
