We need your DONATIONS! Here's how you can help...
- Steele Exclusives are parent donated/organized events that can be purchased for a "share" price. An example would be Cocktails and Caroling. The hosts provide the location, setting, and theme. Each share could be sold for $20 pp...and the total money raised would go to Steele. There is no limit to the size or scope of your event! Examples include: a derby party, karaoke, a group hike, bicycle bar crawl...the options are endless! If you would like to donate but need ideas please ask! To donate contact April Elliott.
- Silent Auction Items include tangible things such as gift baskets and sports paraphernalia, or Gift Cards for services like a gym membership or a massage. These items go to the highest bidder and are bid on using the HandBid app. Not only can you donate these from your own business, but you can ask for donations from the places you frequent such as your child's gymnastics, your nail salon, your favorite brewery, etc. To donate a silent auction item contact Jen Fitzhugh.
- Live Auction Items are typically larger items or experiences. For example a weekend stay at a mountain home, a trip to Mardi Gras, a Fly Fishing experience, a private tour of a museum, to name a few. These items are presented by the auctioneer and are bid on by raising your paddle during the live program. Donations do not have to come from within the Steele community. To donate a live auction item please contact Chris Rimkus or Theresa Nuber.
- WINE!! We need bottles of wine worth $20 or more for a Wine Pull game. Red, White, Sparkling- the type doesn't matter. Please leave your wine donations in the front office at Steele.
